Charles has dedicated his career to empowering communities, building coalitions, and spotlighting transformational leaders, especially Black women and LGBTQ trailblazers whose work is reshaping our society. His commitment to leadership, integrity, and public service has guided his journey throughout his career and community involvement. As an entrepreneur and advocate, he continues to inspire others through resilience, vision, and a steadfast commitment to creating meaningful change.

Through Changing Trends and Times, Charles seeks to address and diffuse negative narratives directed toward the African American community while elevating stories that impact underserved communities both positively and negatively. His mission is to foster understanding, empowerment, and progress through education, storytelling, advocacy, and constructive dialogue.
